Introduction

This Terms of Cancellation Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the cancellation policy and associated fees for internal audits booked with Adoptech.

Annual Internal Audit Entitlement

As part of the managed service offering, the Client is entitled to one internal audit annually for the duration of the service agreement with Adoptech.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a booked internal audit, a cancellation fee may be charged based on the notice period provided by the Client ahead of the scheduled audit date.

Cancellation Fees

Notice Period of More Than 1 Month:
If the Client provides notice of cancellation or rescheduling more than one month before the scheduled internal audit date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Notice Period of 8 Days to 1 Month:
If the Client provides notice of cancellation or rescheduling between 8 days and 1 month before the scheduled internal audit date, the Client will be charged 50% of the fee incurred by Adoptech to book the internal audit.

Notice Period of 7 Days or Less:
If the Client provides notice of cancellation or rescheduling 7 days or less before the scheduled internal audit date, the Client will be charged 100% of the fee incurred by Adoptech to book the internal audit.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Acceptance

These Terms of Cancellation (“Terms”) apply when the Client books an internal audit with Adoptech.

Amendments

Adoptech reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, provided that any such amendments shall not apply to internal audits already booked prior to the amendment.
